Job Summary and Mission:
To create the Heavenly Desserts experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a fun & energetic team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our luxury menu.
- To uphold the Heavenly Desserts service experience for all our guests.
- Maintaining a clean kitchen, upholding all company policies and cleaning practices.
- Upholding compliance requirements with regards to Food Safety, Health & Safety, Personal Hygiene, etc.
- Must be available to work between the hours of 09:00am and 1:00am and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from BN1, Brighton.
- A minimum of one – two years catering/food handling previous experience is desired but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed.
- Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request.
- Perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant’s operations, as needed.
- Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
- Two years restaurant experience with verifiable references.
